Summit Cove has long been a favorite neighborhood in Summit County for locals and second home owners alike. This neighborhood offers easy access to Keystone and Breckenridge as it is located at the intersection of highway 6 and Swan Mountain Road. The neighborhood consists of several single family homes, and a few condominium complexes. The county wide bike path winds through the area bypassing Swan Mountain Road for access to great biking throughout the county.
